We had so much fun we forgot to take photos:)
Jennifer and Jared attended with me and got to see Hypnosis in action and applied many different ways. (They didn’t work with anyone but did talk to people)
So many reasons I LOVE this job: for starters, I wasn’t running on all cylinders today dues to heat and hormones, but once I get working with someone it just flows.
Second- you always learn something new. Like feeling a persons body resist and relax. Something only street hypnotists get a good feel for.
Third- you can try out new things and get feedback. Asking the person’s experience was as valuable as the practice. Most things went surprisingly well.
Fourth- my students get to see me mess up or things not work as planned and watch how to pivot into something else. (really hard to do in class)
Fifth- people share their Hypnosis experiences and stories with you.

My mom always said, “If you are meant to have it, it will find you.”
Good things are growing in my garden.
I won Sean’s book at HypnoExpo and just finished it. I highly recommend it. A good read for any hypnosis skill level. Easy to use techniques.
I even learned a few new tricks:)

Today’s highlight: fist bump
I was at Walgreens in the checkout line and the guy ahead of me had a few disabilities.
He seems like a regular since several people say hi to him.
He double fist bumped the clerk and then turns to me and offers a fist bump. I couldn’t turn him down and it made me smile.

Not today -
I have this thing I want. The sign is an open door.
Silly me, today felt like it was do close. I was even carrying a big item - fake Christmas tree.
A man was in the parking lot heading towards the same door as I was. I was very hopeful!
Clearly he never saw me, he opened the door, I knew i had to say something yo be seen, and I said, “would you mind holding that at moment?” My words never made it to his ears.
There I stood holding a fake tree, door slammed shut, and I’m starting to reconsider my quest.
Maybe the thing I want just isn’t going to happen. Maybe I need to just figure it out on my own yet again.
The whole thing is quite funny though🤣😱 and it reminds you that God and the universe have a sense of humor😉
