There are teams that simply show up to work… and then there are teams like ours. ❤️

Working in senior care is not easy. It takes patience, compassion, flexibility, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart. There are long days, unexpected challenges, changing priorities, and moments when you have to dig deep and remember exactly why you chose this work.

And somehow, this team makes it look like BUTTER. 🧈❤️

They work hard. They step up. They laugh together. They support one another. And most importantly, they love hard—because caring for seniors isn't just something they do. It's something they genuinely care about.

As an Executive Director, what makes me proud isn't that every day is perfect. It's watching this team come together when it isn't. It's seeing someone jump in without being asked. It's hearing the laughter in the hallways. It's watching relationships form with our residents and families. It's knowing that when things get busy, this team continues to put our residents first.

Senior living takes a very special kind of person—and I am incredibly proud of the people who have chosen to be part of The Crossings of Willmar.

We may be a small but mighty team, but the amount of heart inside these walls is HUGE. 💕
