🚨Reminder for Hot Pilates this weekend! Bring a towel. You don’t need to go out and buy anything. A bath or beach towel on your mat will work just fine. Also bring a smaller towel to dab your face. See you on Sunday 🔥

🚨Update on the Thursday Pilates schedule! I had told a few of you to hold off on renewing your class passes until I had my kiddos Ski schedules. We’re good to keep Thursday as our Pilates night 😊

Absolutely cracking up at how optimistic I was this morning 😂 a couple of days ago we got locked into the studio after pilates. Today I was locked out of my suite. I need my own sitcom theme song at this point! Something extra ridiculous is always happening 💀 so grateful for how understanding my clients were today 💛 Never a dull moment

Checked out a new class at Soma Studio today! This is Flow & Strength. It was the perfect level of challenging for me and you guys know I get bored easily if something isn’t challenging enough 🙌🏼 If you enjoy Pilates I think you’ll love this one

Little moment of appreciation. I was just doing some admin work and saw how many gift cards have been purchased over the last 3 months. To enjoy your experience with my business so much that you choose to gift it to your loved ones is the absolute biggest compliment! I can't even wrap my head around it. I'm so grateful and just want to say thank you ☺️
