MEET DR. MIRKO VOMBERGAR
My philosophy is to provide my patients with the utmost quality in dentistry in a very relaxed and professional manner. hio. Dentistry is not only my profession and a huge part of my life, it is my passion. My inspiration is to help so many of my patients to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. Excellence in treatment and concern for the well being of my patients is my ultimate goal. My staff and I are committed to providing superior dental health and are proud of our dedication to our patients. Our aim is to help you feel and look your best while focusing on long term dental health. I am a graduate of St. Joseph High School and John Carroll University. I received my premed at John Carroll University and was awarded a Bachelor of Biology degree. From there I attended and graduated from the Ohio State College of Dentistry, where I participated in research involving biochemical mediated tooth movement. Our work on this topic was published in the Journal of Dental Research,
It is extremely important to me to be actively involved in my community. I am a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, the Bay Area Implant Study Club, Ohio State Alumni Association, Hillcrest Study Club, Give Kids a Smile, Stand-down for the Homeless. I am a parishioner of St. Anselm. I am an AAFE Certified BOTOX therapist and also a soft tissue certified therapist. I provide emergency dentistry and genuinely care about my patients. On a more personal note, I am a family man with three daughters and a son, and we enjoy spending time together boating, jet-sking, fishing, camping, hiking, and skiing. I am always happy to hear a good fish story from my patients. I am also fluent in speaking Slovenian. We offer a wide range of dentistry beginning with preventative measures and education to comprehensive reconstruction. We provide services consisting of minor orthodontics, INVISALIGN (Invisible braces) restorative dentistry, IMPLANTS, natural color restorations (fillings), periodontal services (gum disease), oral surgery (extractions), laser dentistry, endodontics (root canals), crowns and bridges, as well as complete dentures, partials, and implant dentures. We offer a concentration in cosmetic dentistry, which includes ZOOM bleaching (in office treatment-results in one hour). We offer the latest in dental technology, which includes digital x-rays, intra-oral camera, air abrasion unit (no shot, no drill), velscope (oral cancer screening), and also offer nitrous oxide for the apprehensive patient.
