Along with my regular Reiki appointments, I’ll be participating in several wonderful community events throughout Northeast Ohio!

November 21 – Rooted & Rising Pilates’ One-Year Anniversary Celebration! This is a FREE event at the Matchworks Building in Mentor!

I’m much better at doing Reiki than I am at explaining it! 😂

I’ve been practicing professionally for 9 years and have had the opportunity to help so many people across the United States.

Here’s me casually practicing trying to explain Reiki, chakras, and what a session with me looks like. I truly believe it’s one of those things that’s easier to understand once you’ve experienced it!
