We’ll have light snacks, drinks, and tours of the updated office.

Amanda specializes in therapeutic massage and pain management and has worked with individuals experiencing:

• chronic pain
• ALS
• MS
• complex health conditions
• ongoing tension and stress in the body

She offers:
✨ 60-minute sessions
✨ 90-minute sessions
✨ relaxation massage
✨ therapeutic massage tailored to individual needs

Appointments are available Thursdays and Fridays by appointment only.

Before the cookouts, lake days, and extra dessert this weekend, we just wanted to pause for a moment and say thank you.

Main Street Wellness Center will be closed Monday in honor of Memorial Day as we spend time with family and remember those who gave so much for our freedom.

We hope your weekend includes:
- rest
- good food
- people you love
- sunshine
- and maybe finally sitting down for longer than 4 minutes
