Achieve Orthopedics & Sports Rehabilitation Institute is an outpatient orthopedic facility, focusing on a combination of post-surgical therapy, ortho injury rehab, and sports performance/enhancement. We treat all ages of active people interested and motivated in improving their lifestyle, who value a healthy existence, and who are willing to educate themselves on maintaining their health. We see a

variety of specific populations, including Performing Arts (Gymnastics, Dance, Cheerleading, Figure Skating, Theater and Musicians); Endurance Sports (Triathlon, Swim, Cycle, Run); Soccer; Tennis; Football; Lacrosse; Baseball/Softball. Our specific Performing Arts Program in nationally-acclaimed and sought after for treatment, speaking, writing, outreach, and injury prevention by patients and physicians. Our Endurance Sports Medicine Program is the most Elite in the midwest, offering concierge service from prior to injury for prevention, to treatment and return to sport. Specifics include gait evaluation, biomechanics assessments, VO2 Testing, Alter-G use and protocol for both injury and return-to-sport. We also work very closely with bike fitters, running stores, swim stroke analysts, coaches, and clubs. Our concierge services are the base for our company and the success. Respect for our patients, their families, and all who are involved in their care is what takes us to the highest echelon of service. Physical Therapy is just about script-following and daily sessions. It is about taking the patient, in a stressful time of pain, injury and doubt to a welcome place for holistic care. We are closely connected to chiropractors, physicians, nutritionists, acupuncturists, sports psychologists, massage therapists, coaches, club sports, and more. Manual therapy is the basis for our treatment, along with superb biomechanics and strength building. Manual skills include Active Release Techniques (ART); Graston Technique (GT); MyoFascial Release; Trigger Point Dry Needling (MyoPain Seminars); Soft Tissue Mobiliztion; JointMobility; SIJ mobility; Core Stabilization through biofeedback programs; Kinesiotaping; SpiderTech Taping and more!

The Physical Therapy Clinical Technician plays an important role in supporting patient care and rehabilitation under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT). This role focuses on assisting patients with exercises, improving strength and flexibility, and reinforcing proper biomechanics during therapy sessions.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking college students or recent graduates interested in careers in physical therapy, sports medicine, or other healthcare fields.

Ideal candidates:

* Have experience or volunteer work in healthcare or clinical settings (preferred)
* Possess an athletic background or strong knowledge of exercise and movement mechanics
* Are organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Can commute between our Naperville, Woodridge, and Willowbrook locations
