• Check expiration dates on epinephrine auto-injectors

• Make sure your child (and their close friends) can recognize the early signs of a reaction

Air Quality Alert

With the current poor air quality, please take extra precautions, especially if you have asthma, allergies, COPD, or other breathing conditions.

• Stay indoors as much as possible.
• Keep windows and doors closed.
• Run an air purifier if you have one.
• If you must go outside, consider wearing a well-fitting N95 or KN95 mask.
• Be sure to keep your rescue inhaler with you if you have asthma.

Our thoughts and prayers are also with the people of Canada who have lost their homes and communities due to the devastating wildfires. We pray for the safety of the firefighters, first responders, and all those affected.
