Our community has been very busy! 💕 What a beautiful time we had at our Champlain Valley Senior Community 2026 Prom! 💃🕺

Our residents, families, and staff enjoyed a wonderful celebration filled with laughter, dancing, smiles, and so many beautiful memories. It was truly a special day spent together, and we are so thankful for everyone who helped make our 2026 Prom such a memorable event! ✨💐

A little sightseeing, a little crafting, a LOT of smiles… and one very special four-legged Activities Assistant! 🐾❤️

Jazmine came to work today and joined us for a beautiful scenic drive through Willsboro! The best part? Some of our residents who have called Willsboro home their entire lives became our tour guides, taking us down Point Road and sharing memories along the way. 🥹 Even more special, some of them attended elementary school right here in the building they now call home! ❤️

Back at CVSC, our morning was filled with arts and crafts! Ms. Claudia and Ms. Laura helped create this beautiful heart collage filled with memories from our community. It is now proudly hanging in our Memory Care neighborhood! 🌸❤️

We’ll also be soaking up every minute with Ms. Laura before she leaves us later this month. She has been such a wonderful addition to our CVSC family, she loves helping, loves spending time with her peers, and cares so deeply about everyone around her🤍 We are going to miss her terribly! 🥹

Beautiful views, beautiful memories, and some pretty beautiful people. Just another good day at CVSC. ❤️🐾

Some jobs give you coworkers. Some jobs give you paychecks.

This one gave me people who completely stole my heart. ❤️

From flower arranging and pizza lunches, to endless laughs, silly selfies, high fives, inside jokes, and going on many adventures together... these moments have meant more to me than I could ever put into words.
These residents have never just been "part of my job."

They became my family.

As my time here comes to an end, I keep finding myself realizing that the memories I'll miss most certainly aren't the meetings, paperwork, or the planning... they're these moments right here. The conversations around the table. The laughter that comes out of nowhere. The hugs. The unconditional love.

These smiles can turn an ordinary Tuesday into one I'll remember forever. 🤍

The best part of this position was never the title. It was the privilege of loving these incredible people and being loved right back.

I'm soaking up every last minute with my favorite crew. ❤️ Don't worry, I won't be going far and I promise to come visit as much as possible❤️

☀️ The last few weeks have been filled with laughter, adventure, creativity, and so many memories we'll cherish!

Our residents enjoyed an unforgettable visit to Crane Mountain Valley Horse Rescue, where we met beautiful horses, learned their stories, and spent time enjoying these gentle companions before heading out for a delicious lunch together. 🐴❤️

Back at CVSC, the fun continued with our Carnival Day, where friendly competition, water blaster challenges, basketball tosses, tic-tac-toe, and plenty of laughs kept everyone smiling. We also got creative arranging beautiful flower bouquets, mixed up refreshing Dirty Sodas, celebrated our wonderful July birthdays, and spent countless moments simply enjoying one another's company. 🌸🥤🎉

Whether it was sharing stories over lunch, cheering each other on during games, creating something beautiful with fresh flowers, or celebrating another trip around the sun, every day was filled with friendship, laughter, and moments that remind us how special this community truly is.

Thank you to everyone who helps make these experiences possible for our residents. Watching smiles turn into memories is what it's all about. ❤️

What a FIN-tastic day at Champlain Valley Senior Community! 🎣☀️

Today we spent the morning gathering together for a delicious picnic filled with fresh fruit, cheese, crackers, summer sausage, pepperoni, laughs, and wonderful conversation. We then ended the day with a friendly fishing competition!

The smiles, laughs, and cheers after each "catch," and time spent together are what make these moments so special. Watching our residents enjoy the sunshine, encourage one another, and simply be together is what it's all about. 💚

Days like today remind us that happiness isn't always found in the big things. Sometimes it's as simple as a toy fishing pole, a sunny afternoon, and good friends around the table. 🌞🐟🧺

At Champlain Valley Senior Community, we're lucky to have so many caring team members, and this month we're excited to recognize someone who has quickly become an important part of our family.

Congratulations to Debbie, our Employee of the Month! 🎉

Debbie has shown and continues to show us exactly who she is everyday: someone with a kind heart, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for the people she cares for. Whether she's providing exceptional care to our residents, sharing a smile and a comforting presence, or stepping up to cover shifts whenever she can, Debbie does it all with compassion and dedication.

It never takes long for a truly special person to make an impact, and Debbie has certainly done just that. We are incredibly grateful for everything she brings to our community each day, and we know our residents feel that love too.

If you've been wondering where we've been lately, don't worry... we've simply been too busy making memories to spend much time behind our screens! ☀️🌷📚

Over the past several weeks, our residents have been soaking up everything this season has to offer. We've attended a wonderful Summer Mixer at Senior Planet in Plattsburgh where our residents tried out Virtual Reality, explored the Clinton County Historical Museum, enjoyed shopping trips to the mall, shared lively Book Club discussions, planted beautiful flowers in our raised gardens, relaxed with spa days, listened to live music on the patio, and gathered together for picnics and sweet treats under the sunshine.

Many of you may recognize a new smiling face in these photos! Please join us in welcoming Tavon to our Activities Team. 🎉 From lending a helping hand on outings to sharing conversations, music, and laughter with our residents, he has already become a wonderful addition to our CVSC family, and we are excited for everyone to get to know him.

At Champlain Valley Senior Community, it's often the little moments that mean the most: singing along to a favorite song, planting flowers with a friend, discovering something new at the museum, sharing lunch on an outing with friends, or simply enjoying each other's company on a sunny afternoon.
