Life at Sunset The truth is, we are all going to die. So let's talk about it.

I support people with serious illness, caregivers, and mortals who are curious, as they approach end-of-life topics through coaching, education, and group discussion. I am a nurse with a background in oncology, palliative care, and hospice, a death educator, an end-of-life coach, a death doula, and yoga instructor. I have an endless fascination with how spending time in the world of the dying enhances appreciation of what it means to be alive.

So many thanks to and everyone who joined the Yoga of Death and Dying Workshop on Saturday. The beautiful studio filled with participants who came with openness, compassion, curiosity, and a readiness to explore how yoga can be a practice of living and dying. I thank you all for your trust, insights, and presence… and the courage to show up to openly consider something that is often kept hidden in a dark corner, but will be experienced by all living beings: death. I was enlivened by the group environment, and practice. With gratitude 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
