🍃 With nearly two decades of experience as a licensed massage therapist and massage therapy educator, Steffie brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to bodywork and wellness. Her work is grounded in a deep appreciation for the connection between the body, mind, and nervous system, and is influenced by her background in yoga, visual art, and years of continued study.

🌾Her training includes advanced Thai Yoga Bodywork, therapeutic and deep tissue massage, passive stretching, foot reflexology, pregnancy massage, herbal compress massage, and other mind-body practices. She believes that bodywork can be more than a way to relieve tension—it can offer an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the body, and create space for greater ease and awareness.

🍃As both a practitioner and educator, Steffie is passionate about creating experiences that leave people feeling supported, grounded, and renewed. Whether through therapeutic bodywork, education, or mindful movement, her intention is to help others feel more connected to themselves and supported on their own path toward well-being.

Hello, I hope you’re doing well!

This year has been quite a journey so far, and I’ve learned so much along the way. One thing I’ve definitely realized is just how much I’ve missed working with clients and being able to share the benefits of massage and bodywork.

I’m excited to share that I’m returning to Relax on a more regular basis and will now have more appointments available!
