EMDR in the news again. Wish they aired this clip on 60 minutes to educate the public about this helpful trauma treatment.

This book pulled back the curtain on the 12-Step program and helped me understand how its principles can be helpful to anyone trying to find a way out of suffering—especially those using substances or behaviors to numb or cope with their struggles.

Ian Cron is one of my favorite authors. He brings humor to some of the deepest subjects without ever discrediting the meaning.

Loved this book so much.
