We want to guide you in healing your body, mind and spirit through releasing blocked energy and past traumas that keep you from living your fullest expression of yourself. Our practice includes holistic nutrition and wellness coaching with a concentration in ayurvedic healing modalities and cooking, sound bath healing, group focus workshops, reiki with or w/o sound healing, private yoga sessions, and retreats. We are here to help you feel empowered and support you in your beautiful journey of healing. For a lot of us, perimenopause is talked about like it's something to fix, dread, or just power through.

But in many cultures, this season is seen as a necessary spiritual shedding. A time when a woman begins turning inward...becoming more intuitive, more discerning, and more rooted in who she is beyond everyone else's expectations. Her authentic self is stepping forward.

And let's be clear...the physical symptoms are real. Hormones are fluctuating, not just declining. Your nervous system, brain, sleep, muscles, metabolism, and stress response are all adapting. If you're exhausted, achy, anxious, forgetful, full of rage or wondering what is happening to your body...you're not imagining it. Your body deserves support and compassion.

But what if there's another layer to this?

What if your body is done letting you abandon yourself? Done pushing through exhaustion. Done people-pleasing. Done living by everyone else's timeline.

It's time to step into this season of remembering who you were before the world told you who you had to be.

Who here is tired of constantly editing yourself?!

Your nervous system has learned what happens when you override your own needs, ignore your intuition, or disconnect from what you truly feel. Over time, it can start to make those patterns feel like the default. But the beautiful thing is...it can also unlearn them.

Every time you choose honesty over hiding, rest over pushing, and alignment over approval, you are teaching your nervous system that it is safe to be fully you. And that safety creates ripples. It changes how you show up in your relationships, your work, your home, and the way you love the people around you.

Your healing is a permission slip for others to come home to themselves too.

That’s the cruel part about survival mode…it becomes your 'normal.'

You tell yourself you’re just tired. Just stressed. Just in a season. You convince yourself everyone feels this disconnected, this overwhelmed, this numb. You get so good at functioning with pain that you stop recognizing it as pain at all.

You keep showing up. Keep taking care of everyone. Keep pushing through. Keep saying “I’m fine” because technically you ARE still standing...🤷‍♀️

This is the truth: surviving isn’t the same thing as living. And being strong for too long can start to look a lot like disappearing from your own life.

I think a lot of us spend years waiting for some invisible moment where everything finally lines up.

The moment we feel healed enough. Confident enough. Chosen enough. Certain enough.

We wait for the relationship, the validation, the sign, the approval, the version of ourselves that finally feels “ready.”

But so many people are standing still, waiting at a door that has never been locked.

Life is asking you to show up before you feel prepared. To speak before your voice stops shaking. To take the trip. Start the thing. Leave the thing. Rest. Change. Begin again.

Self-love changes what you tolerate.

You no longer need validation. You don't have to overexplain your worth. The need to earn a place in spaces where you are merely being tolerated becomes far less compelling than the peace that comes from honoring yourself.

When your sense of worth comes from within, walking away from what cannot meet you there feels like a no-brainer ❤️‍🔥

Working with Katie feels like one of those rare collaborations where you don’t have to explain the “why” too much…we just both already understand it.

We both care deeply about people feeling met where they are, not where they think they should be. Honest, grounded support that honors the full human experience.
