Knox Clinic Pediatrics is one of the longest established pediatric practices in the Cape Fear area, dating to 1976, when Dr. Angelina Edralin Knox founded it. For more than three decades, Knox Clinic Pediatrics has cared for children in Wilmington and beyond. We maintain a very child-friendly environment to put our patients and their parents at ease. We consider ourselves partners with the family

E-bike crashes are now the leading cause of injury for school-aged children in emergency rooms. Some of these injuries are very similar to injuries seen in motorcycle crashes, like traumatic brain injuries, broken bones and internal chest or abdominal injuries.
