Meet our Receptionist and Den Keeper, Caroline!

Hey everyone, I’m Caroline! Originally from Pinehurst, North Carolina, I have a degree in communication and vocal music from UNC Chapel Hill and enjoy connecting with people! I grew up a pre-professional dancer, and after multiple injuries and surgeries I learned just how important it is to listen to your body. Since joining Shine On, I’ve learned so much about the benefits of
