One-Yoga One-Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) offering 200 / 300 / 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification

One-Yoga offers a practical approach to holistic health and wellness. It addresses the whole being – mind, body and spirit using the eight limbed path as a road map to health, happiness and peace – living fully present. We support a network of like-minded yoga studios providing certified yoga teacher trainings, workshops, classes and retreats. Our vision is to improve the quality of life for all individuals by sharing the practical approach of yogic principles and practice. Our passion is focused on helping people live full, happy and healthy lives through a teaching philosophy that includes guiding each practice, personally assisting every student, and universally connecting by being conscious and aware.
