Join Christina for a 90-minute Slow Goddess Yoga Flow in a warm candlelit room designed to help you move intentionally, open your heart, and reconnect to your feminine essence through breath, movement, and presence.

Weโ€™ll begin with ceremonial heart-opening cacao โ€” a gentle plant medicine known to support emotional openness, spiritual connection, creativity, and deeper connection within ourselves and with one another. Together weโ€™ll move through a nourishing flow created to support womenโ€™s bodies, nervous systems, intuition, and inner radiance.

This is more than a yoga class โ€” itโ€™s a ritual. A remembrance. A space to be held in community with other women. ๐Ÿค

A ten-hour progressive series spanning two weekends, designed for practitioners ready to delve into the Ashtanga Primary Series with depth and intention.

Whether you are coming to Ashtanga for the first time or returning with fresh questions, this series offers a structured entry into the sequence and the principles that animate its transformative power.

Over four sessions, we will build the primary sequence, honoring tradition while making space for experimentation, creative play, and thoughtful adaptation to increase accessibility. While offering a physical challenge, Ashtanga, at its core, is about moving with the breath and using breath as a means of awareness in the present moment. Ashtanga is a moving meditation that asks us to face ourselves: to see our patterns, examine the stories we hold, and do the work of being safely uncomfortable. It is in that process that we transcend perceived limitations and move toward more authentic versions of ourselvesโ€”rewards of which extend far beyond the mat.

Each session includes a lecture, physical practice, and a space to workshop postures and concepts. This is a progressive series; drop-in is not available and attendance at all four sessions is strongly encouraged.

Continuing education hours are available. Sign up early; space is limited!

Session 1 โ€“ Living Lineage: Tradition, Chants, and Theme & Variation Friday, May 29, 5:30โ€“8pm

Session 2 โ€“ Energetic Enlivenment: Ujjayi, Bandha, and Oppositional Extension Saturday, May 30, 4:30โ€“7:00 pm

Session 3 โ€“ Inward Looking: Drishti, Transitions, and the Closing Sequence Friday, June 5, 5:30โ€“8pm

Session 4 โ€“ Moving Meditation: Full Primary and Inversions Sunday, June 7, 4:30โ€“7:00 pm

Join Diane Whitehurst, RYT 500, for a grounding evening devoted to the power of your breath. This 75-minute experience will guide you through a variety of intentional breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system, release stored emotional tension, and invite greater mental clarity.

Through gentle, seated and mindful breathwork, youโ€™ll create space to reconnect inwardโ€”softening the mind, steadying the body, and restoring balance from within. This practice is accessible to all levels, whether you are new to breathwork or deepening an existing practice.

Please come dressed in comfortable clothing and arrive with an open mind and willingness to explore the subtle, transformative rhythm of your breath.
