These photos show what can happen when you stick with a provider who understands full facial balance and takes the time to build a treatment plan around you.

Over the past 10 months, we’ve worked on her cheeks, midface, lower face, under-eyes, and overall skin quality, with each treatment building on the last. We also focused on supporting her health from the inside out as part of the bigger picture.

I see people come in with photos from Instagram.

“Make me look like this.”

The problem is that face isn’t your face. Your bone structure is different. Your skin is different. What looks great on someone else might not look right on you. So we look at your whole face. Not just the lips or the jawline you think is the problem. Aging doesn’t happen in one spot. It happens everywhere, just differently in every area.

Then we create a treatment plan that makes sense for you, your goals, your timeline, and your budget. Sometimes that includes fillers. Sometimes it’s better skincare and patience. Sometimes it’s lasers. Most often, it’s a combination.

A venous lake is a benign vascular lesion that appears as a soft blue or purple spot, most commonly on the lips or face. It develops when small veins near the skin’s surface become enlarged.

Because venous lakes are vascular lesions, they often respond well to targeted laser treatment. The 1064 nm wavelength on the Nordlys system allows controlled energy delivery deeper into the tissue, selectively targeting blood vessels while preserving the surrounding skin.

The laser causes the vessel to coagulate and gradually collapse, allowing the body to naturally clear the treated area over time.
