I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults who have concerns with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I have direct experience providing counseling services for children, adults, families, and couples. I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I do provide services for grief, trauma, and transitions in life issues. Overall, I believe in creating a safe,

accepting, and comfortable environment that allows you, the client, to grow in self-awareness and self-acceptance. I believe healing and growth occur when acceptance of oneself is balanced with healthy behavioral changes. What this will look like for you, and how to achieve this healthy balance, is an individual process that naturally unfolds in a supportive therapeutic environment. My general counseling approach is from the Humanistic perspective, which is based on developing a stronger, healthier sense of self and accessing and understanding your feelings to help gain a sense of meaning in life.
