🍪 **Always fighting a sugar craving? Hunger may be part of the picture.**

Instead of focusing only on avoiding sweets, take a look at what you're eating throughout the rest of the day.

Meals that include protein, fiber and healthy fats can be more satisfying and may make it easier to manage cravings later.

And don't forget the basics—regular meals and adequate hydration matter, too.

The goal isn't perfection or never enjoying something sweet. It's giving your body what it needs so you aren't constantly battling hunger.

💜 Small, sustainable habits add up.

Looking down at your phone for long periods can put extra strain on your neck and upper back. A simple adjustment can help: **bring your phone up closer to eye level and give yourself regular screen breaks.**

Small changes throughout the day can make a big difference in how your body feels. 💜

Save this tip as a reminder—and share it with someone who’s always looking down at their phone!

🌿 **How's Your Body Feeling Today?**

Before you start a new week, take a quick wellness check-in.

How many of these can you say **yes** to?

☐ My neck feels relaxed.
☐ My shoulders aren't carrying tension.
☐ I'm moving comfortably.
☐ I have good energy today.
☐ My body feels ready for the week ahead.

If you couldn't check every box, don't ignore what your body is telling you.

Sometimes small aches, stiffness, or tension are your body's way of asking for a little extra care.

**Listen to your body—it often gives you clues before discomfort becomes a bigger problem.**

If you're experiencing ongoing pain or limited mobility, Athena Chiropractic is here to help.
