After dealing with a frozen shoulder for over a year, this was the change seen by our client during just one discovery session.

Sometimes the body isn’t lacking effort, it’s dealing with interference. Areas become restricted, communication slows down, and inflammation begins to affect movement over time.

Using SoftWave during the mapping session, we focused on supporting proper communication and restoring movement where things had become limited. The result was significant improvement in mobility during the session itself.

What we consume becomes part of the environment the body has to work within every day.

Wheat today is very different from what previous generations consumed.

Over time, it’s been modified to improve production, consistency, and shelf life, but not necessarily with digestion or long-term function in mind.

One component of modern gluten, called gliadin, can influence how the gut responds and functions.

For some people, that added stress may show up gradually through:
→ inflammation
→ low energy
→ brain fog
→ simply feeling off without a clear explanation

What makes this difficult is that the body often adapts quietly before symptoms become obvious.

Bread wasn’t always what it is today.

Traditionally:
→ it was slow-made
→ fermented over time
→ prepared in a way that allowed the body to better receive it

That process mattered more than people realized. It helped break things down before they ever reached the body.

What we often see now is something very different.

Modern bread:
→ is made quickly
→ with shortened fermentation and more processing
→ designed for convenience and shelf life (not necessarily for how the body responds to it)

Without that slower preparation, the body is left to do more of the work on its own.

At Live Free, we’re not here to create rules around food, but we do believe understanding the difference matters.

When we slow down and pay attention to what supports the body well, we often begin to feel the difference over time.
