As adults, emotional regulation is not about being “perfect” — it’s about learning how to pause, process, and respond with intention instead of reacting from stress or hurt. 💛

Congratulations to my daughter, Faith Jah, an honor student at Archmere Academy, on being selected as a Delegate to the Congress of Future Medical Leaders at the University of Massachusetts Lowell this June. Nominated based on her academic achievement, leadership potential, and commitment to serving humanity through medicine, Faith will join some of the nation’s brightest future physicians and medical scientists.

Your passion, discipline, and heart for people continue to shine, Faith. The future of medicine looks brighter already. 🩺💫
