A Caring Heart Case Management, Inc. A Caring Heart provides NC Innovations Waiver services in eastern NC to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A Caring Heart provides NC Innovations Waiver, state-funded and Medicaid services in two MCO service regions: Alliance Health, and Trillium Health Resources with offices in Wilson, Rocky Mount, Wilmington, Goldsboro, Smithfield, Jacksonville, Kenansville, Clinton, and Greenville. We provide an array of community-based services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services promote individual choice, empowerment and community inclusion. A Caring Heart provides day program services at nine Independence Centers, residential supports at eight group homes and individual AFL homes, plus overnight respite at Aunt Max's Respite Care in Wilson.

Yesterday, our Goal Getters learned all about the human skeleton and then jumped right into creating their very own!

This hands-on activity was more than just fun—it gave everyone a chance to practice listening and following step-by-step instructions, fine motor skills, imagination, and creativity.

Our Goldsboro day program has been enjoying the nice fall weather. They attended the Special Populations Day last Friday at the Wayne County Fair. They had fun riding a few rides and enjoying fair food for lunch.

On Tuesday, the day program enjoyed fun farm time at the Special Populations Day held at Hubbs Farm in Clinton. Fun included games, giant slides, wagon rides, pumpkin and sunflower patches, corn mazes, and animal sights.

“BYE-BYE BEACH BASH!

Friday, the Goal-Getters said goodbye to summer the best way we know how—a day at the beach!

We played volleyball , built sandcastles , splashed in the water, soaked up the sunshine, and best of all, enjoyed lunch together!

Summer may be coming to an end, but we definitely made sure to squeeze in one more day of fun and memories together.
