After years of camping with my husband, my kids, and my friends - I finally went camping alone. If you love nature and camping like I do, I highly recommend trying it.

Two days of just me, myself, and I surrounded by trees 😍 So relaxing! And, as a woman - very empowering!

It’s kind of surreal that I’m posting this, but the time has finally come….As of this week, I am no longer taking new massage clients on a regular basis. When I reopened my practice a couple years ago, I had no idea, it would regrow so fast!

I am so grateful for everyone who supported me, my wonderful clients, and your referrals, but I need to protect my most valuable tool (my body). It’s the only way I can continue to fully show up and serve my massage and somatic healing clients 🩷

So, with that being said, I am going to keep a massage waitlist, so if you or someone you know hasn’t ever seen me for massage, and wants to get on the list for cancellations you can. Comment below or message me.

And, this opens up my schedule for more somatic healing clients (which takes less physical effort on my part). I am so excited by this work and how it’s helping my clients. It really feels like the missing link 🙏

Right now I am only offering in-person private sessions, but plan to offer online private sessions and group sessions in the coming months. Message me if you’re interested in somatic healing online or in groups! The more interest I have, the quicker I’ll get it going 😉

If you recognize some of these signs, a few gentle things that can help your nervous system begin to soften are:

• taking slow, longer exhales when you breathe
• unclenching your jaw and letting your tongue rest softly
• placing a hand on your chest or belly and noticing your breath
• stepping outside for a few minutes of quiet or fresh air
• giving your body moments of pause during the day

Small moments of awareness can begin to signal safety to the nervous system.

This is also the kind of work we explore in somatic healing sessions, where we gently listen to the body and support new patterns of regulation.

Happy Lunar New Year’s Eve 🥂 Are you ready to welcome the fire horse energy?

The transition from the 2025 Year of the Snake to the 2026 Year of the Horse marks a shift from deep, internal transformation and shedding old, limiting patterns to a phase of rapid momentum, action, and freedom.

The Snake provided necessary wisdom and closure, preparing the path for the Horse to initiate forward, courageous, and, specifically in 2026, with fiery, energetic action.

As you prepare, now is a good time to journal - reflecting on what you let go of last year. It probably wasn’t an easy year, but now the path is clear - get on that horse and ride!
