The Impact of Gratitude on Mental Health
Research shows it can reduce stress and improve physical and mental health.

Many studies over the past decade have found that people who consciously count their blessings tend to be happier and less depressed.

There’s a growing body of research on the benefits of gratitude. Studies have found that giving thanks and counting blessings can help people sleep better, lower stress and improve interpersonal relationships.

This is a helpful article as we see people losing loved ones, whether due to COVID-19 or not. They are not able to physically gather and hug and talk as they share memories of their deceased. They are not able to have a celebration of life or a funeral in the same way anymore. They may have been unable to see their loved one and may not have gotten the closure they need in this difficult time. PLEASE REACH OUT TO THOSE HURTING! This great article gives you some tips and ideas for doing that.
