Even cortisone shots didn’t fix her back pain… but this did.
Barb came to us struggling with severe lower back pain, plantar fasciitis symptoms, and a noticeable limp. She had even started to worry that she might need a hip replacement.
As someone who works with horses every day, Barb needs her body to move, walk, and stay strong. But pain was beginning to take that away from her.
At Modern Movement Medicine, our interdisciplinary team took a different approach. Through proper evaluation and X-rays using the Gonstead Chiropractic method, we were able to identify the root of the problem and create a care plan focused on pain relief and rehabilitation—without drugs or surgery.

For Barb, her lower back pain had gotten so bad that she couldn’t walk without a limp. She had seen other doctors, tried cortisone injections, and still couldn’t find relief.
