We’re so grateful to and Cheryl Hamilton for bringing the transformative power of storytelling to our clients and . With extensive experience in storytelling, Cheryl has coached over 1,500 people in 80 countries, directed curation for the PBS program "Stories from the Stage" and is the creator of "Suitcase Stories". Cheryl created an engaging space for our clients to explore their voices, share their experiences, and connect through the stories that shape us. Storytelling is a powerful tool for self-expression, confidence, connection, and meaning-making and we loved seeing our clients embrace the process. Thank you, Cheryl, for an unforgettable workshop and for helping our clients recognize the power of their own stories!

Having some structure to your days can make a bigger difference than it seems. Getting back to meetings, making plans for the week, spending time with supportive people, or just having somewhere to be can help things feel a little more steady.

It doesn’t have to be a complete reset. Sometimes getting back into a rhythm is enough.

We all have a voice that runs the show when no one’s watching.

It shows up in the pause before you speak, in the story you tell yourself about who you are, in the way you second-guess something you already knew was right.

That voice isn’t you. It’s a story that got repeated so many times it started to sound like the truth.
