🟢🟡🔴 How are you doing today?
One of the most important things we can do in recovery is be honest about where we are, not where we wish we were.
🟢 Green Zone: You're doing well. Your mood is stable, you're feeling hopeful, and you're able to enjoy life.
🟡 Yellow Zone: Something has shifted. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, irritable, emotionally drained, losing interest in things you normally enjoy, or noticing old triggers. This is the time to lean in, not pull away.
Ask yourself: • Who can I call today?
• What recovery tools do I need to use?
• Have I been spending time with God?
• Am I staying connected to my sponsor, accountability partners, or recovery family?
🔴 Red Zone: If you're feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, isolating, unable to sleep, or not taking care of yourself, please don't fight this battle alone. Reach out immediately to someone you trust, your local Celebrate Recovery, a pastor, counselor, or a crisis resource if you're in immediate danger.
Recovery isn't about pretending everything is okay. Recovery is about recognizing where you are, reaching out for help, and taking the next right step.
No matter what color you're in today, there is hope. Jesus meets us exactly where we are and walks with us toward healing.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2 (NIV)
🙏 Jesus, thank You for meeting us where we are today. Give us the courage to be honest, the humility to ask for help, and the strength to take our next step toward healing. Help us stay connected to You and to the people You've placed in our lives for support. Remind us that no matter what season we're in, Your hope is greater than our struggle. In Jesus' name, Amen. ❤️
