Meet Alyssa! ✨

Alyssa is a BCBA at MOMS. She is passionate about helping children and families grow through the principles of ABA! What draws her the most to this field is the opportunity to make a lasting impact not only on the client, but also on their family as a whole.

There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child learn to communicate their wants and needs, tolerate new environments, build meaningful relationships, or gain independence in their daily routines. Those moments may seem small to some, but they can completely transform family dynamics and open the door to so many new opportunities for the future. Being able to support families through those milestones is something She truly cherishes.

Outside of work, She is also a huge plant lover! She currently has over 300 plants!
She is excited to continue making connections, supporting families, and growing alongside the amazing clients she works with every day!

Meet Allannah! ✨

Allannah is a BCBA/LBA at MOMS who is passionate about providing meaningful, individualized support to children and families. She values assent-based, neuro-affirming care and believes therapy should honor each individual’s communication style, strengths, interests, and autonomy. Her goal is to help individuals build greater independence while also fostering confidence, self-advocacy, and overall self-efficacy in everyday life.
Allannah strives to create a supportive and engaging environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to learn. She believes strong relationships and collaboration with families are essential in helping children reach meaningful goals and celebrate progress in ways that matter most to them. A fun fact about Allannah is that she is conversationally fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Her passion for communication and accessibility led to a memorable experience meeting Academy Award-winning actress and Deaf advocate Marlee Matlin while she was performing on Broadway, where they were able to have a conversation in ASL together.

As an ABA company, we believe it’s our responsibility to help educate and support our community by breaking down important ABA concepts and terminology in a simple, approachable way. Each post will highlight common ABA terms, strategies, and practices to help families, caregivers, and community members better understand the world of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Meet Alaya! Alaya is our Administrative Assistant, here at MOMS.She is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who helps keep our ABA team running smoothly every day. From supporting staff to ensuring seamless operations, she plays an essential role in creating a positive experience for both our team and the families we serve.
She also manages our social media pages, helping us stay connected with our community and share important updates, resources, and moments that highlight the impact of our work.
Her passion for the autism services field began on a personal level—after witnessing two children very close to her receive ABA therapy and seeing the meaningful impact it had on their growth and development. That experience inspired her to be part of a field that changes lives.
She brings compassion, organization, and a genuine commitment to supporting others, making her an invaluable part of our team.
