We assist with making medical appointments as needed and offer transport, personal assistance and companionship during these appointments. MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
We hire only trained and state certified personnel to pass medications for our residents and we have a Pharmacist perform a medication review twice a year and a Registered Nurse review our files every three months. PERSONAL CARE
