I'll be honest... I almost gave up on compression socks too.
Comment FIX and I'll send you my go to guide. 🧦
Even as a board-certified vascular surgeon who recommends them every single day, I know firsthand that wearing compression is not easy when you have the wrong pair. Uncomfortable. Hard to get on. Something you dread instead of reach for.
BUT once I found a pair that actually fit and felt good, everything changed. I wear mine consistently now, especially on days with a lot of sitting or standing, and any time my legs are telling me something.
Now, to be clear... compression is not a cure. It is supportive. It helps manage symptoms and pressure in the moment, it does not fix the underlying issue.
SO if you've written off compression because of a bad pair, I understand. Truly. The right pair changes everything.
Comment FIX and I'll send you the guide to finding the pair that actually works for you. 💛
