We just wanted to give you all a heads up that we will be closing early again this Friday, the 22nd, for a very special preschool graduation.🥰 The following Monday, the 25th, we will be closed for Memorial Day. Please call or stop in this week if you need an adjustment before the long weekend!

Fun Fact: The medical establishment, including the AMA, viciously ridiculed, blacklisted, and mocked Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis for daring to propose simple handwashing and sanitation practices between operations, obstetric exams, and postmortem work—practices that dramatically slashed deadly infection rates. Branded a heretic for suggesting doctors’ unclean hands were killing patients, the pioneering physician was ostracized, driven to despair and insanity, and ultimately died in an asylum in 1865 at age 47, ironically from an infection much like the one he had fought to prevent. His tragic story remains a haunting reminder of how fiercely new ideas are often rejected.
