Holistic wellness encompasses the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, & intellectual. My multi-faceted services strive to focus on the whole person. The symbol of the ampersand is our touchstone. It can remind us to live life from a perspective of BOTH/&, instead of either/or. Life is a never ending series of ‘ands.’ Life goes on, just like an ampersand continues a story. However, we do not have unlimited ‘ands.’ Our stories continue to be written every day, no matter what life puts in our paths. You will guide me and I will listen and provide an environment for healing. And together create transformation for your personal growth and life fulfillment.
