Doing your work is about two things:

1) Meeting pain, anger and struggle that is stored so you can process it and FINALLY be free.

2) Elevating your consciousness to experience even more Love, happiness, Joy and satisfaction in your life.

By doing your work, you focus on amplifying your connection with Love. By strengthening that bond, even when you face the tough stuff you know on the other side of processing it is freedom.

When you’re triggered, you’re being given a gift (and yep, we’re never angry for the reason we think) and it may even feel like ass. Stop fighting yourself and get curious… what is up for me to heal…

You are a beautiful child of God… another way to say that is you are Love. And you are so Loved.

Our online communities are a safe space for you to make peace with all your feelings and your past… so you can have peace in your now.

You are so Loved.

You are precious.

I see you.

This cat isn’t worried about tomorrow’s to-do list.

It’s not replaying an awkward conversation from three years ago.

It’s not wondering whether everyone is happy with it.

It’s simply resting.

Now, I’m not suggesting you curl up on a piano during someone’s Chopin performance (although points for creativity 😉).

But I am suggesting that many of us have forgotten what it feels like to truly relax.

We stay busy.
We stay productive.
We stay focused on everyone else’s needs.

And then we wonder why peace feels so far away.

The truth is, support matters.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop trying to figure everything out on your own and learn new tools for finding your way back to yourself.
