But that’s actually GOOD news.
Why? Because it means if you’re unhappy, dissatisfied, apathetic, anxious, or generally miserable, you can do something about it.
It means you don’t have to wait for anyone else to change before you’re allowed to LOVE your life.
It means you aren’t a victim (even if you’ve been victimized), you aren’t stuck, and the patterns/habits you keep falling into aren’t a life sentence.
When you do your work to process the traumas, triggers, misunderstandings, held emotions, and BS lies you don’t even know are there (mentally, emotionally, physically, and even astrally), what other people say/don’t say/do/don’t do no longer matters.
That’s when you can reach for the peace, freedom, joy, connection, and Love you say you want now (but somehow keep pushing away).
