With our CSA shares we've been taking the green's and the stems and freezing them till it was stock time and last week I made a chicken, lickin, and so made us some Stock. Monday we made salmon with roasted fennel, potato, beets and onions and garleeks. Then yesterday Katie softened up some beans in the crockpot. So I got some sausage from Oscar and fried that up and we had ourselves a time of it last night.
And just now for lunch holy hell I started to sing. You wouldn't believe the funny words associated with unctuous... a word I know of because of the good Father. But is still appt because that is what they sausage did, bring a oily fatty glistening reflecting beauty to the process.
Oh for a glass of wine and a bit of a loaf! Peace.

Language is strained and broken because we allow it to make money for anything at any time. These people made risks and sacrifices to make a true expression and within moments they were mocked and satirized. We have to value true expression when we see it. Even if we do not agree with it.
