✨The Hive is growing, and we’re looking for a massage therapist who wants to be part of something more intentional than a typical spa or clinic.

✨4 Week Mother–Daughter Yoga Series at The Hive in Windsor Locks!✨

✨ Somewhere between school, activities, phones, and busy schedules, it can become surprisingly hard to find time where you are simply together, not solving problems, not rushing somewhere, just sharing an experience.

✨ We’re starting a 4-week Mother–Daughter Yoga Series at The Hive for moms who want to share something intentional with their daughters. This series is designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and meaningful. You’ll move through gentle yoga, try partner poses, stretch, laugh, and learn simple breathing tools that help girls regulate their bodies and emotions. No prior yoga experience is required!

✨ If you’ve been wanting a way to connect with your daughter while also introducing her to the grounding benefits of yoga, this will be a beautiful space to do that.

More than anything, it’s about creating a shared experience!

✨ A Deeply Restorative Evening at The Hive ✨ Tuesday, March 31st 6-7pm - $55

✨ Imagine settling into a gentle restorative yoga pose, fully supported by blankets and bolsters, while skilled hands offer therapeutic massage and calming Reiki energy work to help your body soften and release.

✨ During this special one-hour experience, you will be guided through a series of slow, supported restorative yoga poses designed to quiet the mind and allow the nervous system to settle. As you rest in each pose, participants will receive hands-on massage on different areas of the body along with Reiki energy work, creating a deeply relaxing and layered healing experience.

✨ This is not a typical yoga class. It is designed as a nurturing, full-body reset to help melt tension, calm your system, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.

✨ The evening will be led by Julie Gelsomino, a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and Reiki Level II practitioner, alongside Nancy Nicholson, licensed massage therapist. Together they will move through the room offering supportive touch and energy work while you rest in each pose.

✨March is here and The Hive is buzzing again. 🌿

✨Every week women walk through our doors carrying the stress of work, family, and everything they are holding together. Something shifts once class starts. Bodies start moving, laughter comes out, shoulders drop, and suddenly you remember that you’re not doing life alone.

✨Our March class calendar is here, and it’s full of the classes our community loves most. You’ll see yoga, barre, Pilates, strength classes, kickboxing, dance cardio, and our high-energy Zumba-style classes that feel more like a party than a workout.

🌟This is hands-on, practical training in how to use your voice, trust your instincts, and respond with strength. We practice real-world self defense skills in a safe, supportive environment so you leave feeling steadier and more confident in your body.

✨We are turning one of our most loved classes into a full Glow Party experience, complete with black lights, glow paint, and an atmosphere that feels more like a celebration than a workout. You are invited to paint, glow, move, and fully step into the energy of the room. Wearing white or bright colors will help you shine even more under the lights, but the most important thing to bring is your willingness to have fun and let loose.

✨VIBE is a high-energy, easy-to-follow dance fitness class set to pop, hip-hop, and Latin beats. It is designed for real people who want to sweat, move, and feel confident without needing any dance experience. The choreography is approachable, the music is energizing, and the environment is supportive, playful, and completely judgment-free.
