Self acceptance or "Santosha:" contentment.
The 8 limbs of yoga which is a written path of intention and inner freedom....it speaks about the ways we can apply critical thinking with the heart.
Self acceptance is one of the ways we can choose freedom of self doubt and other barriers that hold us back.
A daily practice of mindfulness .. focusing on how you move up and down out of your seat, or focusing on lengthening your inhales and exhales when your eating can be effective and simple ways to practice self acceptance.
Where your body is tense, so will your mind be tense.
When your practicing any kind of flexibility with your body, your also practicing flexibility in your mind.
