Svadhyaya is self-study, and it begins with curiosity. When you meet yourself with wonder instead of judgment, "I notice I'm tense. I wonder what that's about," nothing is being graded, so honesty can arrive softly. Treat yourself like a fascinating stranger, someone worth getting to know. Ask what you're avoiding, what you're longing for, and let the question do the work.

It takes time and dedication, and this is the practice. Not just on the mat, but the practice of life, of becoming the best version of yourself, one curious moment at a time.

**OPEN PRACTICE at Heartspace Yoga & Wellness**

A self-guided yoga practice where you have the freedom to move, explore, and practice at your own pace.

Unlike a traditional yoga class, Open Practice has no instructor-led sequence. You'll have the space and time to explore your own practice, whether that means moving through familiar postures, working on something new, meditating, or simply finding stillness.

Jes will be present throughout the practice to offer guidance, answer questions, or help when needed, while giving you the freedom to make the practice your own.

This is a wonderful opportunity to build confidence in your personal practice, listen to your body, and discover what feels right for you.

Come as you are, roll out your mat, and enjoy the freedom of practicing on your own terms.

Hey friends! And the Town of Windsor CT ! October 29th on a thursday night at 4 pm heartspace will be hosting a FREE 45 min class!

- family friendly
- come in costume

Rigth after class we will open our doors to the trick or treater! At 5:30pm heartspace will open its doors to all the trick-or-treaters out there!
