✨ Meet Your Therapist Thursday! ✨
🤩 Nicole, currently our Director of Business Operations as well as a treating therapist on the IPTA team!
🤩 Her primary specialty is in feeding and picky eating, with advanced training in the SOS Approach, Beckman Oral Motor Approach, and other evidence-based feeding protocols. After progressing through roles at IPTA as a fieldwork student, therapist, and Clinical Director, she now serves as Director of Business Operations. In this role, she supports a high-quality, fully staffed team in operating at its highest potential, fostering collaboration to achieve team, site, and organizational goals. 🤩 Her favorite OT activity is any activity that promotes genuine engagement, joy, and participation from my patients (which looks different for everyone). It's a bonus if she can do that activity outside!
🤩 Fun fact: After many hardships and years of waiting, she is finally a mom to a miracle 2 year old boy. She enjoys being able to connect with our families on a new level as a parent navigating many of the same challenges.
