Meet Autumn 🤍
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Autumn Crane, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Windsor Therapeutic Massage & Recovery.
I’m a Colorado native and a mom to four beautiful, wonderfully crazy children who do their best to keep me young. 😊
Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent more than a decade working as a mail carrier for the USPS. It was physically demanding work, and I found myself experiencing pain at a much younger age than I ever expected.
In 2015, I was awarded a route serving a 55+ community, and that experience changed my life. I fell in love with the people, their kindness, their gratitude, and the simple waves and smiles I looked forward to every day. I also began to recognize how much pain and physical discomfort many of them were living with, and I wanted to do more to help.
In 2020, I left the post office to follow a dream of working in healthcare. While attending massage school, I worked with Always Best Care Senior Services, an experience that reinforced how much I love caring for others.
Today, I’m passionate about helping people feel better, move better, and live with less pain. I believe therapeutic massage and personalized wellness care can make a meaningful difference in how we experience our everyday lives.
My greatest joy is helping others feel good, feel cared for, and find their way back to themselves.
