Some experiences are hard to put into words. This past weekend was one of them.

Dr. Olivia and I traveled to California for an extraordinary head and neck cadaver prosection lab with Dr. Frank Scali, whose passion and curiosity are every bit as remarkable as his knowledge.

Alongside a small group of fellow upper cervical chiropractors, we explored the remarkable complexity of the upper cervical spine, with moments that left us feeling like we were standing at the edge of what we know about the human body.

We left humbled, inspired, and with more questions than answers. Above all, we’re grateful for the generous individuals whose gift of body donation makes these experiences possible.

The more we learn, the more we realize how much there is still to discover.

Is your head on straight? 🧠

That was the question we explored at yesterday’s Lunch & Learn with Northern Colorado Community

Dr. Jane had the honor of being October’s featured presenter, sharing how the relationship between our head, neck, and nervous system can influence everything from posture and breathing to balance, focus, and how we feel at the end of a long workday.

And this wasn’t a sit-back-and-listen kind of presentation! We got everyone moving, challenged their posture, explored the fascinating connections between the brain, eyes, ears, and neck, and shared practical tips for creating healthier workspaces and habits.

Because as business owners, taking care of ourselves is part of taking care of our businesses and the people we serve.

A huge thank you to Ann Baron for bringing together such an incredible community of entrepreneurs who are committed to learning, growing, and becoming better versions of themselves. It was a privilege to be part of it!

Dr. Jane had the honor of joining a panel at AuDacity 2026, the Academy of Doctors of Audiology’s annual conference,to talk about the ups, downs, and realities of independent practice ownership.

Alongside Dentist DR. BRIAN HARRIS and Veterinary Surgeon Courtney A. Campbell she shared perspectives on building, leading, and growing an independent healthcare practice, and the surprising amount all practice owners have in common.

Dr. Olivia and Dr. Jane spent the weekend in Chicago at the ICA’s Upper Cervical Forum. Such a great program with incredible speakers who challenged us to think differently and gave us plenty of new ideas to bring back to Precision.

Coming back inspired, re-energized, and excited to put some of it into practice! 💙

We opened our doors 11 years ago today.

I still remember the name of our very first patient. She walked in a few days before we officially opened while we were assembling furniture and hanging pictures on the walls, and she scheduled her consultation right then and there.

I opened this practice with one goal: to share the promise of upper cervical chiropractic with Northern Colorado and help raise the standard of chiropractic care in our community.

Eleven years later, that mission hasn’t changed. We’re still here to serve the people who haven’t found answers anywhere else, the people searching for hope, and the people who feel great and know that chiropractic care helps them stay that way.

We’ve had the privilege of caring for thousands of lives over the past 11 years, but if I’m honest, I’m the one who’s changed the most, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

Here’s to the next 11 and beyond.
