You'll oversee clinical care for approximately 40 residents in a setting unlike any other - beautifully restored 19th-century homes where relationships truly matter.

At Historic Homes of Runnemede, person-centered care starts with knowing the people we serve.

When our RN Case Manager, Marc Sacco, noticed that music helped our resident Bob find words and connect with others, he saw an opportunity to build on that strength. On his own time, Marc developed a communication application that uses familiar songs and musical cues to help Bob communicate and engage with those around him.

This project is a wonderful example of the individualized care that happens every day at HHR. Rather than focusing on limitations, our team looks for opportunities—finding new ways to support independence and connection.

Thank you, Marc, for your creativity and dedication to improving the lives of our residents.

If you hear singing coming from down the hall, don’t be surprised. At HHR, sometimes a song can say more than words ever could.

Thank you for the compassion, dedication, and support you provide to patients and families every day.

Eight Dartmouth Health nurses and one nursing team have been recognized as some of New Hampshire's best by the annual Excellence in Nursing Awards! 🎉

Our honorees include nurses from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, New London Hospital, Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Manchester, and Dartmouth Health Children's. Each of these professionals demonstrates what it means to provide exceptional, compassionate care to our patients and families.

At the Historic Homes of Runnemede, residents have plenty of cozy outdoor spaces to enjoy, from our peaceful courtyard and gazebo to charming garden areas and outdoor seating throughout the property. And with our location right in the heart of downtown Windsor, there are so many lovely spots just a short walk away!

Located in the heart of Windsor, Vermont, Historic Homes of Runnemede is a senior living community made up of three beautifully restored 19th century mansions. Our homes, Cox House, Stoughton House, and Evarts House, offer seniors care and comfort in a warm, home like setting. All three residences are within walking distance of historic downtown Windsor, creating a unique community where residents can enjoy independence while receiving the support they need.
