💊 Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Now Hiring!
Part-Time | 20+ Hours Per Week | Some Saturdays Required
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our busy pharmacy team!
This is much more than a traditional cashier position. You will be an important part of our pharmacy’s day-to-day operations, interacting with patients and customers throughout the day, answering phones, assisting with questions, handling transactions, and helping keep the pharmacy running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional service to patients and customers
- Assist customers at the front counter and process transactions
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Help patients with general questions and pharmacy needs
- Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team
- Keep the front area organized and welcoming
- Multitask and prioritize in a very busy, fast-paced environment
- Help wherever needed to support the pharmacy team
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual

- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Professional and team-oriented
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to work some Saturdays
- Must be comfortable working in a very busy pharmacy
Hours: 20+ hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours based on pharmacy needs.
