Our annual First-Year vs. Second-Year DPT Flag Football Game this week was another fantastic event filled with friendly competition, teamwork, and plenty of laughs!

While the game brought out everyone's competitive spirit, the true highlight of the day was the incredible halftime performance by the talented athletes from CheerAbilities. Their enthusiasm and joy reminded us of what these events are all about, bringing people together, celebrating everyone's abilities, and supporting one another.

A huge thank you to the CheerAbilities coaches, families, and everyone who helped make this event so special. We can't wait to do it again next year!

What an incredible week for our Wingate University DPT alumni!

We are thrilled to celebrate the accomplishments of four outstanding graduates who continue to make us proud.

Dr. Todd Williams, a member of our inaugural graduating class of 2016, successfully defended his PhD dissertation this week and will soon earn his PhD from the University of Florida. Congratulations on this tremendous achievement!

We are also excited to recognize three members of our Class of 2021 who recently earned board certification in their specialty areas:

Dr. Josh Caulder – Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS)
Dr. Garrett King – Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS)
Dr. Elizabeth Zacharyasz (formerly Caldwell) – Sports Certified Specialist (SCS)

These accomplishments reflect the dedication, perseverance, and commitment to lifelong learning that define the Wingate DPT family. We couldn't be prouder of each of you!
