“We were at the end of our rope, feeling desperate, depleted, and loosing hope. The way JFF challenged us both in one 30 minute conversation is more help and direction than we have had in a year and a half of therapy. We did not anticipate the power of the group and how helpful it would be to learn from other peoples’ experiences. We both went in nervous and not knowing what to expect. It was a Hail Mary. We left with lifelong friends, and felt like it was the best 10 days of our lives. JFF has a way to make everyone feel comfortable all while not being afraid to ask pressing questions. We can’t wait for our next tour! “

When you step away from all the distractions and responsibilities you normally use to avoid the deeper work—when you’re in a beautiful place with focused teaching, guided discussions, and real time for reflection—new possibilities in your relationship emerge.

If your marriage needs a turning point, join us in New Zealand. We need to lock in our intra-tour flights, so the deadline to register is OCTOBER 15, 2026!

Being single at 40 is an entirely different story than being single at 20.

You’re not who you were at 20. The depth of your relationships is not the same as it was when you were 20. Your dependency on authority is not the same either—nor should it be.

When we’re young, we benefit from the rules and safeguards that are offered to us. But as we mature, our work is to take the letter of the law and sort out how we can be true to the spirit of it.

We just launched tickets for another Parent/Teen night in St. George, UT!

During the "Real Talk" workshop, Dr. Finlayson-Fife will be speaking directly to teens (and their parents) about important topics like dating, desire, and decisions (especially as they relate to sexuality). These are often the conversations parents struggle to navigate — but they're exactly the ones teenagers most need.

Teens (and parents) will leave with real ideas and a shared language for ongoing conversations at home.

This workshop has sold out within days TWICE now, and we expect this one will do the same, so don't wait!

Our ability to grow, develop, and live in line with our higher selves hinges upon our willingness to look truthfully at ourselves and our circumstances, and make choices from a deeper internal authority.

In this episode, Dr. Finlayson-Fife joins Amber Brueseke of Biceps After Babies Radio to discuss the important role that self-honesty and self-definition play in our relationship to our bodies as well as in our emotional, spiritual, and relational development.

S*x can be a place of refuge and ease, but for the many women who experience physical pain with in*******se, it is anything but.

Painful in*******se is more common than you might think and profoundly impacts a couple’s experience of intimacy—but it’s something that isn’t talked about nearly enough.

This Thursday (8.13) Dr. Finlayson-Fife is joining Jess Seitz, a trauma-informed pelvic floor occupational therapist, to talk about painful in*******se and vaginismus.

If this is something you or your partner have been dealing with, you don’t want to miss this informative and hopeful discussion.

**New dates and locations added**

https://buytickets.at/jenniferfinlaysonfifephd

Most relationships start with a spark—a magnetic pull and genuine desire for connection. But somewhere between managing schedules, balancing budgets, and keeping up with the kids, that spark often fizzles and our partners can start to feel more like roommates than lovers.

During this date night, Dr. Jennifer will teach couples how they can keep passion alive in their relationship amidst the responsibilities and routines of adulthood.

She’ll explore:

➡️Why passionate marriages aren’t about new techniques, but about creating genuine intimacy—really knowing your spouse and being known by them in return

➡️How to weave sexuality into the day-to-day through the way we connect with and relate to ourselves and our partner

➡️What it takes to let go of masking and control, and instead bring your full, imperfect self to your relationship

➡️How to move beyond duty and routine toward mutual desire and deeper connection

Join us for an unforgettable evening with your spouse where you’ll learn how to create and maintain a relationship that is alive, restorative, and deeply fulfilling.

“We don’t have a choice on whether or not we are anxious in the world, we only get to choose whether our anxiety will expand us or constrict us.” - Dr. Jennifer Finlayson-Fife

We’ve all had the uneasy feeling of anxiety come over us, whether it’s while sitting on an airplane, making eye contact with a stranger, or even just waking up in the morning and facing a typical day in our lives.

When anxiety comes, it is often coupled with bombarding thoughts of multiple worst-case scenarios. Our brains can trick us into thinking that the worst outcome is practically inevitable. It can feel daunting to muscle through these feelings and face the powerlessness that is inherent to being human, but doing so is fundamental to our happiness and growth.

In this episode, Dr. Jennifer Finlayson-Fife joins Sherrae Phelps and Kristi Bassett to discuss anxiety and the importance of both accepting our personal limitations and striving to not let those limitations keep us from growth, development, and happiness.

Conflict is what naturally happens when two people try to build a life together, and it's a real opportunity for growth if we let it be. Stepping away from conflict is usually the weaker move, not the safer one. Moving toward our differences, showing up honestly, and having the courage to actually know our partner...that's where real growth happens.
