“My life, and the way I move through it, has completely changed since I started coming to FMC Physical Therapy. I had very little hope that I would fully recover from my ACL injury, but they gave me that hope back. Now I’m back to doing all of my favorite activities, thanks to this amazing team.

They challenged me, encouraged me, and supported me every step of the way, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they did. Thank you, FMC Outpatient PT team!“

Hannah, thank you for trusting us to be part of your rehab journey! It has been such a joy to watch you get back to running and jumping after such a long and challenging road. You’ve come so far, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything you’ve accomplished. Don’t stop here!

“When I started therapy, I could barely dorsiflex my foot. I could bear weight, but I couldn’t walk. From the moment I walked into therapy, I knew I would get better, the environment and staff made that clear right away. They were immediately attentive to my condition, constantly encouraging me from day one, and even sent me home with exercises to help me walk before my insurance authorization came through.

Each day, I grew stronger. Before my injury, I did CrossFit 3–5 days a week, so I won’t lie;I was devastated and doubted I’d be able to jump back into things like box jumps anytime soon. But Logan and Taylor went above and beyond, incorporating CrossFit-style movements into my therapy so I could return safely and confidently, as if I had never left..within reason, of course.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this outpatient therapy department and staff. From the front desk to the therapists, everyone is wonderful. I’m incredibly grateful to have gone from thinking this injury would limit my future to feeling like myself again, just with a small, not-so-pretty scar as a reminder of how far I’ve come.

Thank you to everyone at FMC OP Rehab for all you’ve done and continue to do for our community!”

Ashley, you are a rockstar! 💪Congrats on graduating and getting back to the things that make you happy!

"Personal treatment, expert care, clear expertise. All close to home! Why go further away when the best is here in Franklin Perish? I hope I don't need therapy anytime soon, but if I do, there's no question where I will come. Taylor and the whole team are excellent!
10/10 do recommend!"

🎓Congratulations, Garrison, on your PT graduation!

When Garrison first came to see us, he was dealing with neck and shoulder pain, limited range of motion, and postural deficits. Through a combination of dry needling, postural strengthening, and education, he put in the work and made great progress-and now he's feeling so much better!

We're grateful that you chose us for your rehabilitation journey and that you decided to stay close to home for your care. As you always say, you're "For Franklin," and we're honored that you made the same choice when it came to your rehab.

Thank you for trusting us with your recovery. We wish you continued success and can't wait to see all the great things ahead for you!

“When I first started physical therapy, I was dealing with severe back pain. Even simple daily tasks had become difficult. One of my routines is opening my cat’s food and bending over to fill his bowl, and when I would bend down, it was extremely hard to stand back up again — it felt like my back was going to break.

My physician referred me to physical therapy, where I worked with Logan. He was very thoughtful and mindful of my age, and he knew how to pace me through the exercises in a way that felt manageable and encouraging. I was also experiencing hip pain, so my therapy focused on improving both my back and hip issues.

Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and made my experience a positive one. Tonya was also wonderful about keeping me reminded of my appointments. I’m very thankful to everyone who helped me on my road to recovery!”

Congratulations on graduating from physical therapy, Mrs. Suzanne! We’re so glad we were able to help get you back to doing the things you love without back or hip pain. Wishing you continued health, strength, and happiness!

We LOVE celebrating patient success stories! 🎉

Mrs. Pamela came to OT dealing with significant pain, and now she’s back to doing the activities she loves! She has officially graduated from OT with flying colors, and we couldn’t be more proud of her progress! 💪

“When I first arrived here, I could barely raise my arm and was in a lot of pain. At first, it was hard to do the exercises; but Mrs Ginger was very patient and nice with me and cared about how I felt. Everyone here was nice and I enjoyed coming. The therapists here are very knowledgeable and nice. They give you the opportunity to get adjusted to the exercises that you’re given. In the future, this will be if I go to for any type of therapy.”

Meet our Therapy Supervisor and COTA, Tarin Gilley!

Ever since she was a little girl, she knew the Lord placed a calling on her life to help others—and she now has the privilege of living that out every day through occupational therapy. 💙

She has been a COTA for 9 years, with 8 of those years spent serving patients at FMC. For the past 7 years, she has also served as a therapy supervisor. At FMC Rehab, she is passionate about more than just treating tasks—she helps patients regain their independence and live life on their terms.

There is nothing more fulfilling to her than watching patients make progress, no matter how small, and knowing that God has used her as even a small part of their journey. 🙌

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” – 1 Peter 4:10

This verse serves as a daily reminder that the gifts God gives are not for personal recognition, but to serve others and reflect His grace. To her, occupational therapy is so much bigger than treatments or progress notes—it’s about being the hands and feet of Jesus in the lives of her patients.

Even on the hard days, she remains thankful that the Lord allows her to use what He has given her to help others regain their independence and live fully. What a blessing it is to be a small part of His work. ✨

Meet our amazing Occupational Therapist! 💙

Ginger Neal began her journey into OT when she accompanied her grandmother to physical therapy and became fascinated by the impact therapy can have on someone’s life. That experience sparked a passion that has now grown into an incredible career—9 years as an Occupational Therapist and 21 years prior as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

She loves that OT is all about helping people live more independently and get back to doing the things that matter most to them. Whether it’s daily tasks, hobbies, or meaningful routines, she’s dedicated to helping patients regain confidence and improve their quality of life.

One common misconception? That occupational therapy is just about helping someone get a job—when in reality, it’s so much more!

OT Month is a special time for her to reflect on why she chose this path: to help people rebuild independence, restore confidence, and reconnect with what truly matters.

We’re so thankful to have her on our team! 🙌
