Navigating Grief: Group Therapy for Adults

Grief can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. ❤️

Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center is planning to begin a 12-week Navigating Grief group for adults on September 1. This group will provide support, resources and connection for adults who are grieving the loss of a loved one.

Together, participants will have an opportunity to make space for their grief, build connections and discover new sources of resilience while moving forward.

📅 Beginning September 1
🗓️ Tuesdays | 4:00–6:00 p.m.
📍 HVMHC Winona Clinic
420 E. Sarnia Street, Winona

The group is open to adults 18+ who are grieving the death of a loved one. An intake process is required.

Interested or have questions? Contact Lizzie at [email protected] or (507) 454-4341.

You don't have to go through grief alone. Support is available. 💙

🧘‍♀️ Move. Connect. Eat Well. 🧘‍♂️

Join us every Monday at 4:00 PM for Tai Chi at the Winona Peer Support Network (PSN), located at 420 E. Sarnia St.

Tai Chi is part of our Healthy Lifestyles group, which meets every Monday from 4:00–5:30 PM. The class lasts approximately 45 minutes, followed by a healthy meal and conversation focused on healthy living and wellness.
