Are you at risk for cataracts? Cataracts most often affect older adults. Some other factors that can increase your risk are:
~Diabetes
~Sun Exposure
~Tobacco Use
~Family History
Although studies have not proven that cataracts can be prevented, there are helpful steps you can take. Make sure you are having regular eye exams, not smoking, choose a healthy diet, and wear those sun glasses!
