"It's a lot of work planning a parade like this and putting everything together and hoping that the rain holds off," said Jordan Ziolkowski, recreational therapy specialist for Lake Winona Manor. "But seeing their faces, seeing them happy and seeing them enjoying their time makes every single second of work worth it."

Winona Health brought Steamboat Days directly to Lake Winona Manor residents Tuesday with a parade tradition nearly two decades in the running.
