Join Becky and Tina for a serene evening to nourish your entire being. This self-care experience expertly pairs singing bowls with gentle restorative yoga to induce a deep sense of calm and inner peace. Singing bowls use sound vibrations and resonance to induce deep relaxation & reduce stress. They connect with the parasympathetic ("rest and digest") nervous system, and can help to release muscle tension, ease chronic pain, and improve sleep quality.
