Self care can be imperfect, when we have self compassion for the days we don’t manage to get a home cooked meal on the table, or work out. That’s the difference between feeling like we failed and are off “the plan” and give up and gently recalibrating. Maybe knowing a little walk would still count. Adding fruit at lunch is a win and little positive behaviours add up!
